Yes! The free license allows teams and individuals to use the template commercially for them, if you are planning to use the template to deliver a project to a client you would need to purchase a “Single” license (for 1 client and 1 project), or an “Unlimited” license (for unlimited clients and projects).

¿Does this template include instructions on how to modify it?

Yes! After you remix the template, head to the “Pages” menu and then to the “Canvas” section, there you will find a canvas named “Help”, inside you'll find instructions and videos to guide you on how to use the template.
